The sketch shows the tulle cap sleeves with the same lace applique.

 

The sketch shows a belt. The belt is to be 2.5" wide and the same tulle as the dress. The beading like the belt image but it needs to go all the way around from zipper to zipper. (39")

 

The lace is #12 for the samples you sent us. (Picture included). The Tulle is the soft tulle #3 from the samples you sent to us.
